Each Annual Conference and Regional Workshop has many opportunities for sponsorship which are specific to goals and outcomes.  The following are ways to provide sponsorship at an Annual Conference or at Regional Workshops:

• Platinum Sponsorship – available to up to three corporations or individuals recognized as the primary sponsors of the conference. Recognition will appear on all conference materials, the EWB-USA website, in the monthly newsletters, and will be displayed prominently in reception and banquet areas.

• Scholarship Sponsorship – This sponsorship would bring both national and international students and professionals to the national conference for training. National scholarships are $1,000; international scholarships are $1,500. Recognition of this sponsorship will be in the monthly newsletters and conference materials, and at the awards banquet when the scholarships are announced.

• Award Sponsorship – EWB-USA provides awards to student chapters at the Annual Conference. These awards are for the following categories: humanitarian, education, appropriate technology, collaborative efforts, chapter development (inspirational), and sustainable legacy. Award sponsorships are $550, which includes $500 for the award recipient and $50 for the plaque, and represent an excellent way for corporate sponsorship to continue from year to year. Recognition of this sponsorship will be in the monthly newsletters, in the conference materials, at the awards banquet when the awards are announced, and posted on the website following the award.

• Reception / Meal Sponsorship –. Cost varies with the size of the conference but averages $5,000. Recognition of this sponsorship is in the monthly newsletters, in the conference materials, and by placards placed around the reception area.

• Miscellaneous Sponsorships – As with all conferences, there are a multitude of needs for transportation services, brochures, advertisements, agenda, printing, etc. General sponsorship of the conference is needed. Recognition of this sponsorship will be in the monthly newsletters, in the conference materials, and posting on the website in accordance with the General Sponsorship giving levels.
