Greetings and thank you for your interest in becoming a professional partner of EWB-USA. The process is easy, be sure to check our chapter directory to see if there is already an established chapter in your area. If not, you can start your own chapter. You must have a group of individuals interested in participating in the chapter. You must also specify a specific region that the chapter will service and we do ask that you are affiliated with at least one student chapter, to mentor and help them with projects. 

Professional Partners can work on student projects as mentors, conduct project design reviews, train students or other professional partners, or work on their own projects. You can download information from our sourcebook on this website. Please look over the documents carefully as they will probably already answer some of the questions you might have. If you have problems downloading any of the documents or have questions please contact the Chapters Coordinator.

Once you have decided this is what you want to do, you must elect officers such as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. All individuals involved with the chapter have to become members of EWB-USA.  To become a member, go the membership link and follow the membership instructions. Each professional member is required to pay yearly dues of $100. You cannot participate with EWB-USA if you are not a member. Sign the chapter agreement, fill out the member contact information, and adapt your constitution and bylaws using the downloads provided on this website. They must all be forwarded to the chapters coordinator and signed by the Executive Director at EWB-USA. Once all this is completed then you become an official chapter of EWB-USA! You can now apply for a project by visiting our projects page. EWB-USA is always looking for good professionals to help with our projects.
